Hello everyone,
My name is Candice. I am in my second semester at San Jose State University. When I'm not in school I'm working at the Ben and Jerry's Scoop shop at Fisherman's Wharf. I transfered from Sonoma State University, and am really loving the changes. I was born and raised in San Francisco, and i commute to San Jose for school. I plan to major in Journalism with an emphasis in reporting and editing.
I am excited to start this course because this will be the first course that i will be taking that is writing focused. I hope that this course will help sharpen my writing skills and give me more experience in blogging as this is my first time. Also after looking at the assignments I am excited to learn how to write leads and do some real (practice) reporting!
