It's harder to do direct quotes in broadcast, so I'd paraphrase that quote. You also need to put the quote attribution before the quote, and you need to hyphenate C-E-O so the announcer knows to read each letter separately. (-3)
Don't put "TH" on dates. That's not AP style. (-1)
